Today goes right along with Day 5.
As you start eating more, you may feel those fears start to creep in (because that’s how the world has trained you to think about food.)
But you NEED more nourishment in order for your body to heal and to feel energized.
Moving forward, don’t “SHOULD” on yourself, and remember that SATISFACTION is key to allow you to truly nourish your body.
